Free Wi-Fi Terms & Conditions

By using the free Wi-Fi service provided on board Wildlife Coast Cruises vessels, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Availability

• Wi-Fi is offered free of charge for guest use.
• Coverage and speed may vary depending on location, weather, network congestion, and technical factors.
• Wildlife Coast Cruises does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
  
  

2. Appropriate Use

• The Wi-Fi must not be used for any unlawful, harmful, or offensive activities.
• Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):
  • Accessing or sharing illegal, offensive, or defamatory content
  • Downloading or distributing copyrighted material without permission
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the service or other users’ devices
    
    

3. Security and Privacy

• This is a public network. Wildlife Coast Cruises does not provide encryption or additional security.
• Use of the Wi-Fi is at your own risk. We recommend avoiding online banking, financial transactions, or sharing sensitive information while connected.
• Wildlife Coast Cruises is not responsible for any data loss, unauthorised access, or damage to your device.
  
  

4. Liability

• Wildlife Coast Cruises accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by use or attempted use of the Wi-Fi service.
• Users are responsible for their own devices and data.
  
  

5. Changes and Termination

• Wildlife Coast Cruises reserves the right to monitor usage (in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988), restrict access, or withdraw the Wi-Fi service at any time without notice.
• Breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension of access.
