Celebrate the Coast at the TIDAL Seafood Festival, San Remo

The TIDAL Seafood Festival in San Remo brings the community together to celebrate local seafood, history and tradition. It’s a weekend to enjoy great food, live entertainment and the unique culture of our coastal region.

A Weekend of Flavour and Tradition

The festivities begin on Friday evening with the TIDAL Seafood Dinner, showcasing the very best sustainably sourced seafood. Enjoy an open oyster bar and beautifully matched courses paired with local wines.

On Saturday morning, the Blessing of the Fleet brings a centuries-old maritime tradition to life. Held on the San Remo Jetty since the early 1960s, it’s a heartfelt ceremony wishing local fishermen safe and prosperous seas.

Throughout the day you’ll find plenty to keep you entertained: pelican feeding, cooking demonstrations, food stalls, deckies race, live music and family activities. Local cafés and restaurants will be plating up the freshest fare, from southern rock lobster and king prawns to gummy shark (flake) and duckfish.

Then on Sunday help out and do your part and get the town cleaned up again!

Get Out on the Water – TIDAL Cape Cruise

For a truly unique perspective, step aboard the TIDAL Cape Cruise with Wildlife Coast Cruises. Departing from the San Remo Jetty, this 45-minute scenic journey takes you along the rugged cliffs of Cape Woolamai, home to stunning granite formations and seabirds soaring above.
